When Tiger Woods won The Masters in 1997, the game of golf changed forever. A game that, for so long, was pitch and putt, had evolved. Booming drives over 300 yards were becoming commonplace. The reason? Fitness. Instructors started to see that golfers were being limited by their bodies. This became the base for what is now the TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Fitness Assessment.
This assessment allows us to break down your swing and see what is hindering it and suggest a solution. Once we have assessed you, we can begin work on stabilizing the core muscles, improving balance through the swing and increasing flexibility throughout your body.
