When it comes to fitness, no two people are alike. That’s why starting with your health and fitness assessment is extremely important. Screening for risk factors such as high blood pressure or a family history of cardiovascular disease are important too because they ensure we understand what you can and cannot do when it comes to performing our exercise programs.
Your Current Health and Fitness Needs
Working with our ACSM certified personal trainers we start by assessing your body’s strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and of course muscle imbalances. In figuring out what your body is physically capable of, we are able to effectively create an exercise program that is tailored to your specific needs. Simple strength and flexibility tests allow us to see what areas need to be improved. We will chart these initial findings at our first meeting and provide you periodic progress reports to ensure that we are on our way to reaching your fitness goals.
