When it comes to fitness, no two people are alike. That’s why starting with your health and injury history is extremely important. Our required health and fitness assessment screens for risk factors such as high blood pressure or a family history of cardiovascular disease. This important information helps us understand what you can and cannot do when it comes to performing our exercise programs.
The best way to do this is to create a fitness assessment plan that is convenient and effective.
Call us or simply email us and take the first step to improving your fitness.
As we assess your body we are looking for a number of things; Strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and of course muscle imbalances. In figuring out what your body is physically capable of, we are able to effectively create an exercise program that is tailored to your specific needs.
Lastly, we need to figure out what you can do physically. Simple strength and flexibility tests allow us to see what areas need to be improved. We will chart these initial findings at our first meeting and provide you periodic progress reports to ensure that we are on our way to reaching your fitness goals.Sign Me Up!

Golf Fitness Training
When Tiger Woods won The Masters in 1997, the game of golf changed forever. A game that, for so long, was pitch and putt, had evolved. Booming drives over 300 yards were becoming commonplace.
The reason? Golf fitness training. Instructors started to see that golfers were being limited by their bodies. This became the base for the TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Fitness Assessment.
The TPI assessment allows us to break down your swing and see what is hindering it and suggest a solution.
Once we have assessed you, we can begin work on stabilizing the core muscles, improving balance through the swing and increasing flexibility throughout your body. Check out the golf fitness training categories below for a more in depth look at what we do for you.
Health and Wellness Coaching
Are you frustrated with your current lifestyle? Are you disappointed with your energy level and how your body feels? Are you living your life to its fullest potential?
Then maybe you need a fitness coach. Coaches are motivators. They motivate the greatest athletes in the world. They guide men and women of all ages to achieve goals athletically and academically. Just like these coaches, we aim to guide and motivate you to a healthier lifestyle that allows you to achieve success in all aspects of your life.
Keep in mind with health and wellness coaching, we are not trying to change who you are as a person. Our goal is to improve the state of your overall well being by developing both your strengths and weaknesses through fitness.
What we can do for you:
- Refocus your life goals as they pertain to health
- Focus on achieving your short term goals
- Improve your healthy habits and eliminate your bad ones
- Overcome obstacles that are standing in your way
There are two keys to effective weight management; consistent exercise and a healthy diet. Our exercise model is based off of the ACSM recommended acronym F.I.T.T.E. This stands for Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type and Enjoyment. In order for exercise to be effective, we must follow certain guidelines.
Here are the F.I.T.T.E. guidelines.
Diet and Exercise
The second part of the equation is diet. While we are not certified nutritionists, we are here to offer advice that will help manage your weight. Here are three simple keys that will help you along the way:
In-Home Fitness Programs
We encourage you to train with us 2-3 days a week if possible. We believe this is by far the most efficient way to achieve the fitness level and physique you desire. We also realize that it isn’t easy to fit extra hours into your already busy schedule. So we gladly offer In-Home Training Programs to help you meet your commitments to your fitness schedule.
Our In-Home Fitness Programs are done through a application called Fit Builder. We selected this application for a number of reasons. First, it is extremely convenient. We can email the programs to your home or mobile, so they are with you whenever you need them. Second, the exercise diagrams are very informative. They include multiple images of the exercise and detailed descriptions of how to complete the exercises.
Depending on how you plan on exercising and how frequently you can visit us in our studio, the In-Home Exercise Programs we offer can be extremely valuable; they allow you to exercise whenever you want, wherever you want. They are tailored to your specific fitness needs, and if you cannot make it to the studio for a week or two, they can aid you in not falling behind your exercise goals.
Post Rehab Fitness
Correct rehab is essential to a full recovery, no matter what kind of injury you have experienced. However, many people do not even complete the recommended rehab that they are designated. In many cases this leads to a reduction in range of motion of the joints, muscle imbalances and poor posture.
So while we stress a full and thorough rehab, we also offer post rehab fitness. Continuing to strengthen the area that was injured, along with the surrounding areas, will only help to ensure that you make a full recovery. Injuries that are not taken care of can linger for years, causing unnecessary pain and discomfort, so make sure you take the time now to prevent that from happening.
Our Post Rehab Fitness Steps:
- Gently strengthen and stabilize the surrounding area that was injured
- Slowly stretch and move the effected area to encourage flexibility
- Continue to move joints to encourage full range of motion (ROM)
- Apply R.I.C.E. if needed: Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation
- R.I.C.E. can significantly improve recovery time in soft tissue injuries
